  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access timestamps, system logs, and website interaction metrics.

  • Meta Cloud Infrastructure: Messages dispatched through WhatsApp Cloud API are transmitted directly through Meta's official WhatsApp infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our service:

  • Meta / WhatsApp: To send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of your connected business account.

  • Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To request account or data deletion, send an email with your registered email address to hi@secondtick.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
